ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Slightly improves and expands the rewards available for bringing Yeti muscles to the Old Psi-Machine, to make build diversity in Embers closer to that of the main campaign:
-Staff Combat and Mindstar Mastery are now granted at 1.2 mastery
-Stone Alchemy, Light can now be learnt at 0.8 mastery, but locked (need category point)
-Hexes can now be learnt at 1.0 mastery, locked. If it is already known but locked, it will be unlocked instead.

Friendly suggestion, I think this also needs single talents.

It would be kind of neat to learn points in Healing Light or Bathe in Light through tissue as well, for example.

Thanks for the feedback! I might do that, but I really don't want to break balance and those were intentionally left out for being too good (stone touch can be learnt in the vanilla addon even though its tree cannot). It's fine in the main campaign because you'll usually find one or maybe two anorithil escorts at most if you're lucky, but here you could stack all your points in Healing Light and Bathe in Light for a huge benefit at no cost.

Thought bathe in light was there though. The powerful chants are as it is.
