Tileset: OldRPG compatable with v 1.3.1, anyone interested?

Hello there, I'm new to the whole forum/TOME thing and I've only managed to get past Dreadfell once or twice in the several dozen hours I've played the game. I've noticed the OldRPG tile pack was popular several years ago, and I've managed to mesh it with the existing graphics from TOME 1.3.1. My questions are as follows:
1. Is anyone interested in playing around with it? I haven't added anything to it, so there is a mix of new graphics with the old, which can look a little silly at times.
2. Is it even legal/reasonable for me to make a copy accessible? I've presumed that the project is dead from lack of info, but if someone is still working on it to release with a new version of TOME, I wouldn't want to step on their toes.
3. I'm updating the pack for my own use as I see fit. On starting a new character I receive the odd error, but I haven't run into anything game-breaking yet. The update process has seemed pretty trivial for me, has anyone previously tried to update it and found it too complicated? I'm wondering why it hasn't been done before.
Anyways, if anyone more experienced and knowledgeable could shed some light on these things I could figure out how to go forward.
Thanks!
