Anyone want to Help with coding Talents?

Anyone want to help code the talents for Chrono Xorn?
I never coded before and its just too confusing and not working pretty much every step of the way.
So if anyone wants Chrono Xorn I can't do it myself.
Well I could release it as crap with just many extra slots but its needs talents. I think it has fun potential, but I need to be able to turn some anomalies into passive talents and various other issues I'm having with trying to do talents.
