Well, since the game is big and some players don't have english as first language, how can I translate the whole game? Like, make an add-on for it. In my case, Portuguese. I can do if someone tell me how.

There's already a chinese translation. I'd take a look at it.

Why so hostile? The mechanisms of translation should be similar regardless of the language.

Exactly. If you want to make a translation addon, then looking at an existing translation addon should be helpful.

Where I see it? I just see the page to download it, nothing else.

EDIT: Ok, Ive downloaded the file and extracted it with winrar, but where's the file (default, with english language) in the game folder (on steamapps/common/TalesMajEyal)?

Let me give you some suggestions in general.

(1) Please turn to te4 wiki (http://te4.org/wiki/Addons) for some general idea of how an addon works. This can help you a lot in understanding how to translate the game.

(2) The current Chinese translation addon, to be honest, is not a very good example. It works well. However, it has two major drawbacks: (A) It uses a lot of overload contents (You can learn what overload is after reading the wiki). So it has very poor compatibility. (B) In this addon, several tables are made to hold the name of talents, talent types, descriptions, etc. In the real game, it takes a while for the engine to search for those names so the game becomes laggy.

No matter what this addon shall be a good starting point for you. Read it, understand it and keep the two drawbacks I said in your mind. Probably you can find a better way to do the same work and then you will help all of us.

Hi, glad to see guys from my hometown and thanks for your post. The Chinese Localization Addon is still on version 1.2.5, so I've got a little bit interest on the translation. But, if I should not use overload to change the TEXT in game, how can I do that? It seems like that all the TEXT is directly written in the source lua code.
