The Demonologist is terrible. I like the idea but the execution is flawed
Is anyone making addons that balance it?.

Please be welcome to post your concerns and ideas so they can be discussed.
So far, many have enjoyed playing Demonologist, and not one met it with vitriol akin to yours.

Considering there's about a dozen seperate "Improve Demon Seed Inventory Management" threads, I'd say that much needs a little work.
Actual gameplay though, I've yet to run into a complaint with Demonologist.

I apologize for my phrasing but I found the demonologist to be underpowered even on the easy mode. I will think about phrasing more before i post.

Dude, that's hardly vitriol.

Yeah a lot of people have posted about the underpowered start which leads into an overpowered finish (if you get the right seeds).
The class is clunky because it's a re-work of the "tinker" system which was intended to work in a different campaign. So the mechanics were never intended to work together, the Vim regen is wonky, and due to scaling actually summoning demons is almost always a bad idea. It's some neat ideas which translate into a mechanical minefield, with extra inventory management as a new (un)exciting challenge.
To answer your question, though, nobody is really doing a re-work. Too-strong broken classes (like Doombringer) get nerfed, but too-annoying or too-weak broken classes generally sit around and get used as challenges for a while before anyone fixes them.
So basically: go play something else -- there's lots of good stuff which is neither annoying nor broken -- or do the work of fixing it yourself, and make an addon so we can all enjoy it.

Don't forget that if it
works, you will have the undying (technically constantly dying and respawning) love of the ToME community! If that's not incentive enough...
