ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So I was browsing the steam workshop a moment ago and I noticed 2 of the most popular ToME addons this week are the Predator and Dread Knight classes....

I'm a bit in shock, in all honesty. I had no idea anyone actually used these. They were designed to fill out a gaping hole in the current set of addons (I think Glutton and Creep are the only other Afflicted addon classes out there), but mostly for me to learn to make addons.

That being said, apparently these are at least being checked out. So, if people are interested, I can certainly continue to develop them. Anyone have suggestions? Wishes? Feedback?

If not, feel free to let this post fade into obscurity.

This is gonna sound terrible, but I have them installed because they seemed interesting but never actually got around to using them. Turns out when you have fifty classes (possible exaggeration) it takes a bit to get around to all of them.

Over my Christmas trip (24th, 25th), I'll roll a Dread Knight when I'm free and see what I can come up with. I mean, it's that or fight with the Solipsist unlock, and screw that.

You can scan the character vault to check what people are doing.

Said I'd do it, didn't say I'd do it right. Dread Knight death in Volcano Daikara.

Cunning/Cruelty doesn't have icons.

Seems like a decently balanced class; a couple mobility options, a few ways to get regeneration, options for shield or twohand builds. On paper I like it. I probably would've had better crowd control had I specced differently, but that's probably from unfamiliarity with Cursed characters in general.

It'll take some practice, but I think I'll be using it again.

There's also the Hate Grappler class ("Haunted" I think).

It might not be updating, though.

Werebeast is Afflicted, but I put it in Wilder so Undead couldn't get it.

Who says you can't have undead werecreatures?
