[git] Fears Rework

Hey guys, I'm making a rework for fears so I'm looking for some opinions/testing on it. This addon is just for testing, so it might break many addons (it overloads actor.lua, mental.lua and other.lua) so if you want to test it, you should probably disable other addons.

Here's what I changed:
  1. There are now only 3 fears and they all scale from the first talent.
  2. The fears are slightly changed:
    1. Paranoia is the same (chance to attack friend or foe)
    2. Haunted reduces fear immunity and damage dealt by the afflicted (Also, if the enemy has fear immunity and would resist the fear, it will receive this fear instead)
    3. Terrified is the same (chance to fail talent/attack)
  3. For the talents themselves, they are all reworked slightly, and the third is completely changed
    1. Instill Fear has its aoe apply scale in radius and chance with talent level and mastery (you can even get radius 3 with enough mastery). Also, the fears all scale with this talent
    2. Heigthen Fears' code has been changed so it should be consistent with the tooltip (even enemies that gain paranoia by being hit by a paranoid enemy will benefit from it). Also, it now also increases the potency of the individual fear effect on targets (currently 2x as effective after 5 turns) and upon recieving the max potency, will grant a secondary effect depending on the fear. (last part NYI)
    3. Tyrant is reworked into an active that lets you focus on a single target, making it more susceptible to fears (NYI)
    4. Panic now causes the enemies to freeze in place instead of run away.
What I tried to accomplish with these changes was to make fears more reliable (fear immunity penetration), and giving it more of a over-time debuff focus. With fewer total fears, its less random, but due to the additional power you can get from the fears from heighten fear, you are still rewarded for staying in range and sight for a longer duration.

Update: fixed lots of bugs, the second talent should properly increase the power of fears and add new effect after 5 turns.

While this may be part of the NYI changes, you should keep in the damaging Fears, Haunted and Tormented. I'd probably put in the -saves and resists as part of the same Fear bonus too. Maybe these 3 effects can be part of the amplification of the T2 and T3 talents?

Hey Sebsebeleb I think that I fixed a few errors that I was getting with the addon. I've made comments at all the spots I changed(just look for --FORGER:)

Sounds like a great ideas, I might make a cursed character next to take this for a spin.
