[v1.0.5]NeoDraconian Race

As the draconian race seems to have abandoned by Ajfluffy the Coauthor of the mod rexorcorum asked for someone to continue to work on the mod in his place. As I love the draconian mod I have 'adopted' it, this is my split version. I will be releasing new dragon types, talents, and balance changes; I will try to stay true to Ajfluffy's vision for the addon and I have access to his notes on the subject.

Note that the original 'pure' Ajfluffy version is still being updated for new versions and is being maintained by Crim, The Red Thunder.

Changes from the original Draconian addon in the first release:
Physical damage breaths have been changed to scale off of physical power.
All non-psionic caster breaths have been changed to scale off of either your mindpower or spellpower, whichever is higher. (This should make some new adventurer builds possible :D)
Breaths have been move to the third racial talent slot and Draconic Body has been move to the fourth racial talent. ( Draconic Body is only a temporary placeholder for now until I can work on the new ultimate racials, they will be awesome ;D)

You can choose your dragon type when you pickup an item acquired from the first boss.
This process is now configured for all the vanilla ToME base and unlockable classes.
Dragon type selection is now configured for these addon classes:
HousePet's Werebeast class
HousePet's two Midnight classes
The classes from HousePet's Arcanum Class Pack
Hirumakai's Spellsword class

Basically you are presented with a simple choice(or multiple choices) and have the option of allowing the game to randomly choose your type(which can include more powerful subclass specific types)

Fully investing in dragon talents causes players to transfrom when using channel power

I'd like to have Draconian type more data-driven, possibly by a hidden field in the class itself.

The field could be a table with stuff like elemental affinities ("fire", etc.) and power source ("spell" / "mind" / "phys"), plus whatever other info the draconian type resolver would need to make a decision.

Alternately, I can put a specific table with Draconian subtype names and weights in each of my addon classes, and the Draconian evolver can use that table instead of the default.

When is this supposed to be arriving? I've been looking forward to it earnestly since I love playing Spellsword ;p
