Achievement Fix.

Simple enough. Adds nightmare and insane mode achievements for adventure mode.
Also adds roguelike achievements for normal difficulty.

And madness achievements for adventure as well when 1.0.5 comes out (not in the uploaded version.)

Tested: Validates, and achiements successfully link in chat. Normal roguelike and nightmare adventure specifically tested, insane needs a test from someone.

What this addon changes:

Overloads mod/class/world.lua
Overloads mod/class/interface/worldachievements.lua

Because I don't know how to superload which is what they said it would take

You changed the name for existing nightmare/insane achievements from just "Nightmare" to "Nightmare (Roguelike)" to match my "Nightmare (Adventure)" set. I avoided changing those to prevent conflicts with people losing achievements they had earned. Will this present any issues, or will they properly update correctly?

Name was changed, but not ID, it matches by ID :)

Much thanks! I'll be overjoyed to have things match and look nice! (And not have to keep updating an evil overloading version myself...)
