ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So I've decided to try the modules. I've put the pack in the addons folder and I see it in the list of automatic when I start my game and look at addons, but it doesn't seem to be functioning. Do I need to enable it in the interface somewhere ? The vault and stone warden addons work fine.

Sorry if this was asked before, I couldn't find the answer.

I'm not sure I understand, what module ?
And modules go in the game/modules folder, not game/addons

Sorry it was a user error. It was an add-on, I didn't realize there was a difference when I posted.
It turns out the issue had to do with not being able to use an add-on on an existing character save.
