You can not, just link an image from an external site.

How is the translation? is it complete ?

The images work if you manually open them, so likely it's just the host you're using disabling hotlinking.

Oh BTW addon versions must be the version of the target module, in this case: 1.0.0

this translation is complete. it's the 3rd vision of this addon and most of the bugs caused by translation are fixed.
