Addon request: give all classes some base mana regen

I'm not sure if this applies to classes other than Arcane Blades and Shadowblades, but having one of your resources completely tied to a rune is pretty obnoxious. Even having just .01 per turn would be awesome. I don't know how to make addons though, so if someone who does could make this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
