[b42] Verbose armor and apr addon

I've created an addon, verbosearmor, that displays on screen extra information about the effects of armor and apr, for both melee and archery, as it affects both player and npcs.

I found it very helpful to understand the game mechanics, particularly for melee and archery characters. It made me value APR much more than previously.
So for example, starting a new character as a Dwarf Cursed, it displays this sort of output in early battles, for my character Blister and partner Norgan:
>> Armor (2) of Blister reduces melee damage from Orc soldier (APR 1) by 1 (4 percent)
>> Armor (2) of Orc soldier reduces melee damage from Blister (APR 1) by 1 (5 percent)
>> Armor (2) of Blister rendered useless against melee damage by Giant crystal rat (APR 10)
>> Armor (7) of Norgan rendered useless against melee damage by Giant white ant (APR 7)
Norgan then uses Dwarven Resilience:
>> Armor (15) of Norgan reduces melee damage from Copperhead snake (APR 10) by 3 (40 percent)
I then gain a level and some gear:
>> Armor (5) of Blister rendered useless against melee damage by Large white snake (APR 10)
Then I hit my first archer enemy:
>> Armor(5) of Blister rendered useless against archery damage by Orc archer (APR plus 0)
The plus 0 accounts for times when the archer gains APR bonuses from talents.
If you get to 100% damage reduction, it provides an estimate of how much damage you avoided (assuming a non-critical strike):
Armor (25) of Blister reduces ALL melee damage (approx. 14) from Large white snake (APR 10)
