[svn] Meditation w/Earth's Eyes fix

There's a bug with the telepathy granted by Earth's Eyes when Meditation is sustained that makes the creature sensing radius far greater than it's supposed to be. This is an addon that fixes the bug, based on the current svn source. The bug does not affect b42 because the ability is new for b43.
