ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

This is a simple change to the Sandworm Lair, preventing the walls from rebuilding and decreasing the number of burrowers to 2 per level. Extract the zip to your game/addons folder as usual. Renaming it to .teaa tends to be less safe if you have other addons.
