[obsolete] Amulets of Mastery

EDIT: now just chooses one of the player's talent trees, instead of choosing from all of them.
EDIT 2: obsolete. This method is now standard in the game.
Changes amulets of mastery to boost 12 talent trees instead of one. Most of the time, this results in one of the trees being useful to the character that finds it, ~25% of the time it is useless for the character, and about 25% of the time there is two or more talent trees the character can use. Also increased the rarity from 3 to 15, and quadrupled their price. Note that if a talent is randomly chosen twice, it does not get double the bonus, there would simply be one less talent tree boosted.
This helps to counteract the swelling of new talent trees, as a 7% chance (~ 10 talent trees per character, out of about 140 possibilities) of being able to use an item to any effect was far too low IMO.
To Do:
- Nothing! (except keep it updated to new betas)
Compatibility: Overloads amulet ego file. Should be compatible with all other addons.
