[1.0.6] Glove Stats

Shows glove combat stats for all classes. Go and show these brawlers how its really done! :D
But remember DG nerfed glove attack speed to 1.0 for non-brawlers. :<

Installation: Move the .teaa file into the games addon folder.


Now works with all other addons and even future versions of ToME!

I placed the files in %tome4%\game\addons
so the addon folder looks like this:

overload>mod>class>object.lua
init.lua

Launched tome and nothing changed.

Folder ? You just place the .teaa file in addons/ you dont unzip it

Alright it works, like DG said, download the file from the link and don't unzip it; just make sure the extension is .teaa and placed in the addon folder.

Feature request: Would it be easy to make this addon also show stats for shield combat? It isn't quite as useful most of the time, but it would help in some small cases.

Better/Best suggestion, the capability to, in-game and with a hotkey, switch glove/shield stats on or off. For those characters where the extra information means squat, and for people curious to know what the stats are for everything.

I'm sure we will see an ingame toggle for glove stats sooner or later.

Not sure if Shield stats are really useful, aren't they only used for talents which in turn make the stats appear?

Yeah, shield combat is pretty useless if you don't have the skills to see the stats. On the other hand it doesn't really hurt anything to include seeing it as an option. You may find a rare artifact shield while playing a rogue and want to know how good it would be on a Bulwark just because, maybe you're thinking of making a Bulwark or something.

object.lua was not changed for b40, so the b39 version should work for it. Just activate it in the Addon menu.

Updated and changed implementation to allow the addon to work with future versions of ToME without complications when forcing it to load.
