First insane win, Keyword savescum(start), OP class

I initially decided to roll a brawler to get my first nm win, but some how thing got too easy (1 shot white, z, 1 shot more white) and I accidentally skip pass arena which make me say screw it and roll a insane char.
I was lucky find a set of t3 gloom on hit glove in zigur on my nm brawler, which lead me to believe it should not be that hard to restart a few time find something half decent.

Turn out I am so wrong, the spawn rate of scouring and butchering ego is outrageous high ( is it work as intended?) After about 10+char I find a set of alchemist glove, which sort of carry me to lvl ~20. And cornac xp penalty make early game a breeze on a good class. Subsequently finding 2 set of randart of glove at different level carried me through rest of the game. I find fixedart glove are rather weak.
Exploit Weakness is OP which make gearing become no issue, as resist pen is not even needed in 99% of the game. I try to find another talent with resistance reduction and none even exist?
Dirty fighting look nice on paper, but dont seem to work well/at all.
