This is my first attempt to reach the East. (Update: AND WIN!) And thus my second win ever.
Yes I know there have been pitiably few wins and I'm a newbie (returning player) but I like to try.
Also, I stole the blood-runed athame, as Warmaster Gnarg absolutely destroys my archer.
Any additional advice on equipment/build would be much appreciated as well.
I found stacking crit% difficult too.
I do plan on switching to 5/5 Rapid Shot with 5/5 Precise Strikes once I get decent crit, otherwise there's no point is there?
Update: Rapid Shot is indeed essential in the late game. Prior to that 1/5 Aim was the single reason I was able to do any boss in.
Despite being an underpowered class, Archer does have enough status effects that can cripple the majority of bosses (reliably, on NM) And 5 inscriptions will cover enough of the holes in their defenses, or rather survive long enough to neuter the enemies' offenses/escape.
