You went for Shivgoroth form? Interesting. Did you take it for the stun immunity?

Congrats on the win! Figures you'd be the first to beat the new Insane. I'm surprised you skipped Stone Wall, in my opinion you want at least 1/5 if not , what is your reasoning for that? Also I'm surprised you take Harmony over Meta but I suppose Spellcraft isn't as important on Wildfire builds as it is on Aether builds.

Stone wall? It's the mobs who want to hide, not me. I get annoyed when they cast a wall around me
Seriously though, phase door has a short cooldown and is all the movement an archmage needs - if you preplan your encounters and dig when appropriate, making new walls isn't really necessary. Only downside to phase door is when casting it beyond range 10. Unless you have +vision, the spell acts as if you're trying to go on the other side of a wall. Since the target square is not in sight, the spell could fizzle and send you somewhere besides your target..
Harmony is hilarious, and is the reason I keep a bit of shield penetration. My own fire does ~2 damage per tick through my own shield, enough to keep the global speed boost from harmony up forever. 41% or more extra speed every time I'm standing in fire, for six generics and a cat? Sold.

You're definitely right about the Harmony pick, I completely forgot about damage shield penetration. I like Stone Wall for dealing with groups of enemies by sealing off some of them while killing the rest. However, if you have enough damage and defense I suppose you could get away with skipping it.

Shivrogoth form is a no-brainer regardless of build. I mean, other classes get talents that give them 50% stun immunity and you never pass those up, why would you ever not take a talent that gives you 100% stun immunity, plus a whole bunch of other goodies?
