Oozemancers are still crazy overpowered, even post nerf. Probably one of the easiest classes to play with early game as Slime Spit pretty much one shots everything and Poison Spores can kill bosses on its own. The only part of the game that was a little challenging was around Dreadfell, as Oozemancer does suffer a little midgame before you have all your AM/Fungus talents running and mobs no longer die instantly to Slime Spit. However, once your core generics you're virtually immortal.
Arriving at the Vor Armoury my gear was still pretty poor (none of the artifacts on my char sheet except the helm) but I was still capable of sitting there and tanking 2 wyrms at a time in the room of death. After that the greatest difficulty was boredom as I autoexplored through the prides, hitting buttons at random to clear everything.
The only close calls were from not looking at my hp bar while fighting things like forge giant bosses, and even then I had about a dozen different heals or escapes once I realised it.
The final bosses barely even hurt me, I just sat there with a regen infusion throwing beams into their face till they fell over. Atamathon was slightly more challenging as without oozes up he'd outdamage my regen, but with 2 movement infusions I could easily retreat to refresh cooldowns.
Unfortunately I can't see much variety in terms of build for Oozemancer, the only option I really had was whether to take Moss or not, which would have been pretty useful but not needed. However apart from the lack of variety the skills are all pretty well made and balanced (if powerful) so I doubt they need further tweaks.
