Somehow I just lost 5 levels because I'm new and didn't know where to find the save game button.

It would be awesome if there was some kind of automatic save option - configureable so that it would save a copy of your game every time you gained a level, every hour or some such.

The game auto saves on zone change and when you press exit game. Unless it crashes to desktop or you closed it with task manager, it would be kind of hard to lose progress unless you're in one of the larger areas like High Peak or Dreadfell.

There's also an option to make the game auto save whenever you change sub-zones, I.E. Trollmire 1 ---> Trollmire 2.
