Talent Idea (TAC AI related, yufra?!?)

The basic idea is a Mocking Gesture or Taunt (I'd have used taunt but the turtles beat me to it).
Anyway Taunt really isn't all that useful to the player, most creatures target him anyway, but something like Battle Call would be.
However, as Zonk stated (and I agree), teleporting creatures to you (basically) because you insult their mother is a bit silly.
So the question is can the AI tables "close in" want be temporarily over ridden and replaced with a much higher number? Will this work for dumb AI? Can it force a bow user to move to the character?
I've looked briefly at the tactical AI wants and I see where I could get want close in to give higher numbers (maybe a timed effect that section could check for) but I figured I should get some feedback before I go messing with things I don't fully understand.
