Crash on startup

Hey, i'm really interested in trying this game, but every time I go to load it up it gets to roughly 70-80% finished loading then stops and crashed completely, here's the (UPDATED and correct) text log:

Weird, when i try it again it seems to crash and hang at another spot, lemme know if i need to post another log, it seems random as to when it quits

Why are you using such an old, buggy version (b43) when 1.0 has been out for months?

oh my bad i posted the wrong one, i've tried several versions (including the newest) and all of them crash at about 80% or so on the loading screen, any ideas?

We'll need as much of the log as we can get, so start the game with

That way the game won't buffer the log.

It looks like it's loading the boot module which runs in the background of the main menu and crashing when it tries to display that. Judging by the

line from your log, I assume you've got an older system, with an older video card, and it's choking on the game's shaders. Try

t-engine4 --safe-mode
to start the game without the fancy graphics stuff, disable shaders (and maybe framebuffers) in the video options, and try starting it again in regular (not safe) mode.

where can i go to lower the graphics? it doesn't even get to the main menu. is there a cfg txt file i can manually edit?

If you're starting in safe mode, the graphical effects probably aren't the problem. Your drivers do support OpenGL, don't they? Or, to put it a different way, what are your system specs?

Oh ok cool i totally misread that last post. Safe mode works fine, and i turned off most of the video options, and it still won't run in regular, but hey safe mode works so i'm pretty satisfied with that lol. thanks man!
