[b41]data on tooltip different from character screen

According to tooltip, my accuracy is 21, but according to character screen it is only 20.
my defence is 6 on tooltip, but 7 on char screen (but I think in that case is a rounding problem - on console it is 6.xx)
anyway, when hitting a lowest tier defense I do not cause cross-tier effect, so I think 20 is the correct value.
On the other side, while using Shield Pummel on a low tier ph.save I'm inflicting cross-tier effect, even if my ph.power is in the lowest tier, according to tooltip.
