ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Now, apparently he was some kind of illusion projected by those 4 crystal brains you have to destroy in the Internment Camp, but it looks like he has an Enemy Only Mindstar-weapon equipped called "Overseer."

Pretty sure there's no way get it to drop, I've tried; and it's not in the wiki.

Is there anyway to Datamine it? I'm just curious about its stats and what it does. (and if there's any funny messages in the item description.

It drops, it's just rare.

It's a t3 mindstar that reduces mental save on hit and can be activated to (depending on immunities) either stun or dominate a nearby target.

Oh wow, he drops two other Tinker _artifact_ recipes too. Both helmet tinkers that require the brain in a jars you get from the crystals in each zone of the Internment Camp to make.

Edit: The Overseer Mindstar's mind control ability is much more effective than others, less creatures are immune to it as near as I can tell. Even bosses.
