Copying some of my comments from reddit here. Also link to the Inscription guide I wrote for comparison.

Healing is not even close to Regeneration and Shielding outside of the early game. Regeneration requires foresight but if you use it when at 80% life then by then end you'll still have high life. Regeneration is also super good late because of the pure quantity of life it gives. Healing is awful compared to Shielding because it messes with your saturation (because of its low power low cooldown) since it competes with Movement, Heroism, Regeneration, and Wild while Shielding only competes with Phase Door.

Phase Door is way better than you are giving it credit for and it blows CPD and Teleport out of the water in most situations. CPD is worse than Movement if you plan ahead and don't let yourself get cornered which is pretty easy, and even then regular PD is usually better. Out of phase is super strong late game and it has much higher uptime than Wild, making PD an excellent choice.
