ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

So I just got a Thief Escort as a Summoner, took Piercing Sight because that's the only Cunning/Survival skill I want, and when I went to the level up screen, I noticed something interesting. Charm Mastery could have points put in it. I thought it was a bug at first, but then I looked at the requirements-category known, know at least one talent of this category, Cunning 20, and level 4. So for any escort that lets you unlock a T3 skill, you can use it to skip the T1 and still put points manually in T2.
