1.20 New Rogue Class Unlock

I noticed there is a new rogue class in the 1.20 test build that can be unlocked. Just started the playing the test build, but I haven't noticed anything new to unlock it yet. Could someone spoiler that for me?

Sure has; do a counterstrike at a distance of 5 or more

I guess, a lot, if Solipsists and Sun Paladins can do it with their talents (they can, can't they?)

I know Sun pallies can. Block, then wave of power, vs a ranged opponent. Or use Path of the sun for a free movement to back away.

I did it at level three or four on a skeleton TW. But I found a shield before I left the starting zone.

Call me thick, and yes I want a spoiler. I was kiting an archer all over the place and I died while trying it. What am I doing wrong?
Activate block
Blocked the strike from 5+ tiles away
Nothing happens.

Block ranged attack, then attack with a sling or a weapon with projection ability.

so how do you do that with a dwarf TW? rush shield, find a sling and wait for it to happen?
