How do you get Fungus?

I know you get it after unlocking anti-magic! Just do not know how to get it past that!
1/ Unlock Anti-Magic
2/ Kill Urkis (after level 14 go to Derth, fight whirlwinds, go talk to Zigur leader to get quest)
3/ After killing Urkis, talk to Zigur leader again
