area codes?

trying cheat mode somehow entrance to areas dissapeared from the map so i cant get in highkeep, how can i manually do so?

Go to the cheat menu (you may need to create a keybinding for it), and go to change zone, then select your target.

Like lukep mentioned, you will have to map a keybinding for the cheat menu after enabling debugging mode. After following the instructions on the wiki page you posted, open the game and load you character. Now open up Key Bindings from the menu that pops up when you press Esc. As long as you made the cheat.cfg file in the right spot and whatnot, there will be an option in there called something like Cheat Menu or Debugging Menu. Just set that to an unused keybinding and you should be good to go. Most of the menu is self-explanatory, but some of the options are more or less irreversible, so take care.
