Can someone tell me where exactly i get the quest to get the lich-form-ability? found another necro in that red circle thingy and killed him,but no quest =S

You get the quest by sustaining blurred morality. Are you asking about how to complete it?

do i need blurred morality 5/5? been lvl 25 and had it active...well the whole time. so is it max lvl or do i have to stay active a certain amount of time?

The first time you activate Blurred Mortality, you should get the "From Death, Life" quest. Do you have that quest in your journal?

No, i got it the very first time i played a necro but not on my newer playthroughs

yes, playing a ghoul (wierd vomit healing skill ftw xD), doesnt it work with them?

Nope, sorry. They cannot become undead, because, well, they are already..

You need to kill Celia, not the necromancer in the starting undead zone.
