General Build Options

Since we have subforums for people to post guides and other info on classes where they would be easy to find, i think it would be useful to have a subforum for "general guides" as well so people could do item/level/racial overviews as well where they will be easy to call up.
Either that or a sticky index thread so if someone posts it here, it can be called up whenever someone wants the info.
(an example of such a thread that would be useful is racial overview thread, where the advantages and disadvantages of each race can be layed out, which is useful for someone who doesn't know the racial trees since the stat points are the most visible change, but also one of the less important reasons to play a particualr race).
