question about crystal focus

I just made the Crystalline Darkhue. An arcane disrupting weapon, doing arcane damage & giving a bonus to spellpower. Should this perhaps not be doable?
It won't be - being able to use Crystal Focus/Heart or make gem jewelry with rare items is unintended behavior, and will be removed in b42.
Besides that, it's very possible for an arcane-disrupting rare to have +spellpower all on its own, and manaburn damage does arcane and is generally an antimagic thing.
