Yes, you get that prompt; no, norgen does not level himself up.

Sorry, misunderstood what he was talking about. I thought he meant his own character. That's what I get for not paying more attention.

Maybe for some future version Norgan could be a regular party member with same functionality as alchy golem has? Like, you click on his icon in the party members portion of the screen and you switch control to him. At present, all he has is two ... kinda awkwardly worded options when you try to use character control on him. At the very least, anchor target: (foo) could be re-worded to be "Norgan is presently following: (foo)", and "leash distance: x" could be re-worded to "Norgan is presently following at a distance of: x"

Or alternatively, for any party member that you are not intended to have full control over that can level, maybe the "solution" would be to squelch the "spend points" part of the levelup message for these types of characters?
