ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I must be a bit daft or something. I have slain several of the required species but have not received any quest updates in the log. How else do I get the needed parts?

Can anyone dispel my confusion?

I've picked up 1 of the required pieces, and I think it was in b22... It wasn't the one I was busy with though... The troll something.

Seems I made the mistake of assuming slaying the owner of the bodypart was all I had to do.

Just in the dark crypt atm and found a wretchling eyeball on the ground.

It's bugged - some parts can drop(I got a bear paw and something from a xorn), some won't. A shame as it was something I was really looking forward to. Anyway, drops were supposed to be 100%.

Like Zonk said, it's broken. It seems to me, at the moment, without knowledge of the code in question, that if a monster kills the monster, you can get the part that way, but if you kill it, you won't. I'm not sure about traps. Nor am I completely sure I've even got the "monster kills monster" part right....
