regen and rounding

I have two regen rings one is 0.5/turn and the other 1.3/turn. I assume my base regen is 0.5/turn. Is there a difference between 1.3, 1.8 or 2.3 regen or does rounding equal them out?
There is no rounding for regeneration. So +2.2 means 2 life per turn plus 1 more life every 5 turns.
(Actually, life is not rounded, except for the display where it is rounded down.)
