How to find sunpaladin Aeryn in far east?

Quest lo say south-east, but all that I see is sun paladins patrols and orcs

It's more visible on the mini-map than it is on the main map. Look for a reddish dot on the mini-map. Or look for one of the mountains that's subtly different on the main map.
