Sher'Tul Fortress accessible in the Far East?

My Sun Paladin's heading down the Iron Throne right now...so I just want to know...if not, then I'll gather my stuff before heading to the Far East...
The fortress isn't implemented yet, so far as I know - and you won't be able to use the same saves once it is.
Edit: I am incorrect. Also, Dark God is *on* *fire*. That having been said, if you didn't start the character on the most recent rev, you won't be able to play him after you upgrade.
