How nasty is the place?

You might seen an occasional wyrm if you're very unlucky. Mostly, though, you'll get things like drake hatchlings, vampires, the occasional minotaur... nothing terrible. Lots of corridors, a few small rooms. It's highly survivable.

Highly survivable, and there's a quite impressive pile of loot (16-17 pieces of likely-to-be-ego) at the end of it.
It's also currently bugged in b15b, such that if you leave and return, the whole thing regenerates. Farmable loot-source, oh yes.

Other than the occasional naga psyren at level 7 (from painful personal experience

) the place is pretty doable as long as you're very careful during early character levels, and somewhat careful in later levels.

Also as long as you don't make too many mistakes trying to solve the puzzles your first time, that's what killed my first character going through.

Yup! Have fun with it. Here's some advice: follow the lore, and it's really only difficult the first time.

Think not, oh seeker of the Order of the Words, that a lone Sentence need refer to but one of the keys to the puzzle. However, the Structure of the Poem is reliable even if the order you might read them is not.

Yeah, I had a lot of confusion with the puzzles... Fortunately, I was playing a summoner and had my summons attempt the puzzles instead with summon control, so they died horribly instead of me.

Lord Taxorgian, this puzzle is currently beyond my Summoners' ken. The Water Orb glow brightly, okay? but running the order (any order) after touching said Orb just nets me mass summons and burgeoning experience. My cunning (22) says work the combinations of Orbs after freshening the Water Orb in a combination dial configuration.
It is not working.
But my will is strong!
I'm now thinking of banging spells into the Orbs ala the near-final scene in the Movie "Fifth Element", but I do not have the magical bandwidth to do so.
I also think these ruins are scratch-built for Archmages. Am I to "Neutralise" these Obs with the opposite spells?
I see the potentialities, but come short on the permutations.
I'm level 17 but find myself stymied.
There are three clues and six Orbs. You infer in your wise wordings that one or more stanzas encompass more than one Orb.
My skill is with creatures, not syntactics.
My final plan is to walk away from the Ruins, come back at Level 50, and blow everything into a large molten crater.
Yours in Deference,
Sir Jaded

You can get the correct order of the clues by reviewing your lore from the Esc menu. That way you'll be sure which one's first, second and third.
There are 6 orbs, and you need to hit 'em all.
There are 3 clues.
Hmm, I wonder what 6 divided by 3 is.

Three sentences, six clues.
Edit:
And damn the both of you for beating me when my dog distracted me.

I will endeavor.
