Sunwall Outpost?

Is there a quest related to that town? It seems that killing Sun Paladin Tornuk completes the "start-orc" quest... but I don't seem to find a trace of that quest anywhere else...

I WONDERED what that island was. Spent a good bit of time trying to get to it, too, without success.

In relation to that, what's with the staircase in middle earth in the south eastern portion? I see there is a plausible path to get to the staircase, but the game doesn't let me traverse the open terrain to reach the opening to get to the staircase.

that is mount doom, you can get there, just from the far east.
