Which file?

Where would I find the specifics about racial modifiers at creation? I want to peek since the game doesn't tell you the stat adjustments. I didn't even know there was an XP adjustment in this version until reading another thread!

I don't know where it is located in the game files, but the wiki

Actually found it by dumb luck. For anyone wondering it's
