Q: How do I make modules work?!?

Title says it all. i really want to play some modules but cant figure them out. I drop the folder in the modules section but how do I access the module in-game.
The module must be appropriate for the T-Engine version you are using. So the Rogue Rage module for instance will only work on b41 of the T-Engine. When the module is in place it should be selectable from the "New Game" option in the T-Engine.
Could help to have more info on what module you're trying to use.
