generator.TileSet

So I'm playing around with the generator.TileSet and I modeled it after the ToME examples. I tend to get stuff like...

It doesn't look like it checks the other three sides after if finds a connection that fits to two sides together. Am I doing something wrong or is this a limitation of generator.TileSet?

Ah yes it does not, this would bork the way I'm using it, however I am not convinced you want to use TileSet for generating the town.
You should make a specific one I think, no way you can give the towns a good feeling otherwise IMO
