A few UI suggestions

Small stuff that bothered me after playing a bunch so figured I'd make a suggestion post.
First is the tooltips of monsters. Too often, they're too big to fit on the screen, and the scrolling down thing takes forever. I'd like a button to instantly scroll, or an option to set the scrolling delay or something of the sort. It's really really frustrating to have to wait ~5seconds to see if your debuffs are still on or what range exactly the monster is at(with diagonals distance being somewhat annoying to eyeball when you're at like 6 or 7range). Even with the flavor text off(with plenum tooltips), it's still common for a monster to have half a dozen of sustains if it's a randboss, as well as a bunch of temporary beneficial effects, pushing the debuffs things out(and range, although this is often less of an issue).
Second one is a simple change, switch the buttons position in the Tannen's Fearscape exit prompt. Currently, it says "Stay" on the left, "Leave" on the right, but for most other prompts it's the opposite(dark crypt/godfeaster/ambush prompts for example). I'm used to it now it's just somewhat weird.
Finally I wouldn't mind a way to transmog items with a shortcut key, rather than via the menu. Could be a direct key(press Y to transmog currently selected item) or a combo of key with ctrl/shift(not sure how that'd interact with keyboard play though, like if ctrl+shift+enter would register properly or not). Sometimes getting rid of a bunch of stuff at once is annoying. Can use vendors for it but for how often I transmog random stuff once I replace them or what not, I wouldn't mind not having to go through the menus.
Oh and not related but please make Tinker recipes not loot after you already have them(like lore) or make them weight 0, it sucks losing weight over time and having to dump them constantly at a vendor to keep your weight. Alternatively once you have them learned, just make them appear as normal looted items in the transmog window so you can just transmog them instantly instead. If the gold is an issue I'd still rather not loot them at all.
