Option to reduce volume on duplicated sounds

Would it be possible to add an option to reduce the volume of duplicated sound effects? Currently, some talents (ex. thunderstorm, fan of knives) will play a louder sound when hitting multiple targets. However, it gets too loud imo when it reaches 3+ enemies.
For example, when I'm playing a storm Archmage, I'm usually running around with thunderstorm active. Each turn, it will play the thunder sound if there's a target in range and it will be louder if it strikes multiple enemies. My volume is set to where I consider the sound when attacking one enemy to be low and 2 enemies to be normal. But I find it too loud when it attacks more targets than that. Having a louder sound could be a useful cue to some but it seems unnecessary for such a large volume difference for that purpose.
I'm proposing a system where the volume increase diminishes with additional step. Using thunderstorm as an example, the volume level when striking 2 targets should be 50% higher than the base, 75% higher when striking 3, etc. That way a sound effect can at most only be twice as loud as normal. In the case a similar system is already in place, perhaps allow an option to decrease it further.
