Add minor regen to new Necro minions with talent

Currently when you get Master Necromancer category on the 1.7 necromancer you end up having to use the healing skill (apologies I don't remember the name) several times after every rest. Adding a small regen component to that skill (.25 hp or so I'd guess), would make it much less tedious to play a summon focused necromancer. I don't think this would break the game in any way or provide any real advantage as once you have the healing skill it's basically trivial (just tedious) to keep your minions topped off after every rest.
