Doomelf buff

The doomelf race is a bit of an odd race. It's at low life rating and some experience penalty at the moment. The total statboosts are similar to Shalore.
However, there is a problem here. Shalore, while having a higher experience penalty, have substantially better racials. Shalore get 2 heavy offensive buffs in the first two talents and the last talent not only provides cooldown reduction and buff increase, but also debuffs them quite nicely, providing a defensive benefit.
On the flipside, Doomelves get a highcooldown random damage increase in their special invisibility, a decent, if high cooldown phasedoor, as well as a low reduction on effect duration(which you want to cleanse anyway) and decent reduction on getting crit. The capstone is the flipside of the shalore effect, focussing on an enemy rather than the player. This is substantially worse than the alternative, as one usually faces multiple enemies and its effects are situational at best.
In effect, the race ends up similarly squishy as shalore, while being weaker on the offensive side.
I would suggest at least increasing its liferating somewhat to a 10 or 11 to compensate, as having a bad race that one needs to put this much effort into to even unlock feels a bit odd.
