Allow Golems to use Lifebending Emerald

I was surprised when I found I couldn't give the Lifebinding Emerald from the alchemist quest to my alchemist's golem. Trading isn't possible as its listed as a plot item. This would certainly be a powerful gem for a golem to wear, but I don't think it would be game breaking.
