Make Combat Training available for everyone

Yeah, you can buy it in Last Hope at a very low price, but there's no Last Hope in the Arena or Infinite Dungeons.
I suppose to let every class who doesn't start with it have this tree at 1.0 mastery, locked, on start. Or please at least make it available through the prodigy Wordly Knowledge.
